Our beef is sourced from Cedar River Farms out of Greely, CO. USA born, raised and harvested, always hormone free, antibiotic free, grass fed - grain finished and fed a 100% vegetarian diet. Graded choice or prime.
Each steak cut is sold in 1 pound increments. For example, if you select ribeye you will receive one (1) 1lb ribeye. If you increase the quantity such as to three (3), you would receive three 1lb ribeye's. If you are used to our legendary almost 3" cut ribeye, it is best to increase to a quantity of three (3) and put in the special instructions/motes section (at the check out) that you would like it to be a single steak. You can do this same process with most any of our other steaks.
